Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer/Coordinator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in setting up and running a PMO for large-scale ERP implementations. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing the Risk, Issue, Action, Decision, and CR processes, coordinating status reporting, managing cross-team dependencies, and overseeing project communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience setting up and running a project management office in ERP transformation programs* Proven experience in setting up and running a Project Management Office within large-scale ERP transformations* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools* Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, stakeholders, and leadership* Ability to effectively collaborate with senior IT leadership and professionals at all levels* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
