Zurich Insurance Benelux is looking for an international insurance administrator. In practice, you will work under the title "Underwriting Service Specialist Producing". You will be at the center of our international business and provide support to the various parties involved in the process, both internally and externally. This is a full-time position based at our office in The Hague, with the possibility of hybrid working.
**Your key accountabilities**
When the Underwriting department finalizes a deal for an international program, you are the one who handles the administrative processing. This includes issuing insurance policies not only in the Netherlands but also in other countries. You coordinate and send instructions to relevant countries, ensuring that the correct local policies are issued. This means that you will liaise with international stakeholders, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and oversee complex administrative processes.
Your tasks will include:
- Administering the correct, timely, and end-to-end administration of all insurance policies issued worldwide
- Data collection and preparation of policy documents (for new business and business renewals)
- Coordinating a series of international insurance programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing instructions to the international network with the necessary information to issue local policies that are part of a large international insurance program, within the agreed timeframe and quality
- Reviewing and processing policy changes, and updating policy entries
- Compiling information and reports for both internal and external customers
- Participating in various IT projects depending on business needs
**Who are we looking for**
- You have completed MBO 4 education or higher;
- It is beneficial if you already have knowledge and experience in insurance administration, but it is not necessary.
- You are a strong communicator and speak fluent English. Speaking Dutch is a big plus.
- You are service-oriented, proactive, and enjoy being at the center of the process.
