We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to join our Global Pricing Team and contribute to our growth and success.

**What You Will Do**

Role:
As an Analyst in the Global Pricing Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining price quotes and negotiations for Molex's assigned customers. You will work closely with global sales and marketing teams, as well as product divisions, to ensure accurate and timely preparation of pricing analytics and support profit improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) and product division teams in customer price negotiations.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate preparation of negotiation analytics.
- Provide ad-hoc "what if" scenario support with relevant data points.
- Provide guidance on profit improvement and erosion restriction, recommending alternatives.
- Implement and maintain all pricing contracts for assigned customers.
- Assist with coordination and implementation of contract manufacturer (CM) and distribution channel pricing.
- Track and implement customer-specific terms such as metal adders, PPAP's, FX rates, rebates, and "most favorable price (MFP)" clauses.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities and best practices within the pricing organization.
- Support key global projects and provide active feedback during development phases.
- Support the execution of commercial excellence programs, including minimum line quantity (MLQ) increases, price increases, and product obsolescence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Expectations:

- Operate independently with mínimal direction to ensure timely completion of pricing activities for internal and external customers.
- Generate data for a global audience, resulting in actionable plans that directly impact pricing strategies.
- Use Economic Thinking and Principle Based Management to align pricing strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain a high level of detail, planning, and organizational skills to manage cross-region and international collaboration.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in pricing-related disciplines, including pricing principles and techniques, development and implementation of pricing strategies, and identifying improvements to pricing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels and regions.
- Ability to provide sound business analysis and a "big picture" perspective for both Molex and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating work with cross-region and international sales, product management, and pricing teams.

**What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics (Statistics), or a related field of study.
- Prior work experience at an international company.
- Experience with SAP ECC/BW, SAP Channel Management, Salesforce, or PROs.
