Customer Relations Representative

**Job Description**:

Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Four teams; Order Management, Customer Relations, MasterData and Field Support, work together to support our customers throughout Europe. You’ll join a culture fueled by collaboration, innovation, and openness, driven by our mission to make a positive, meaningful difference.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
- Interpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teams
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actions
- Participate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Any additional European language is a plus
