In deze rol ben je een doortastende regelaar die in een functie met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid ondersteuning biedt aan de Chief Architecture and Engineering Officer. Je vindt het een uitdaging om een drukke agenda te beheren. Je kunt hoofd

Je hebt oog voor detail en hebt een uitstekend gevoel voor verhoudingen. Je draait je hand niet om voor communicatie vraagstukken. **Jij & jouw rol**

Ben je benieuwd wat er op een gemiddelde werkdag op jouw to-do lijst staat? Dat kan van alles zijn want jij bent de spin in het web. Een ding is zeker; afwisseling genoeg, morgen is echt anders dan vandaag. In deze belangrijke rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Organiseren van (medewerker) bijeenkomsten en events
- Meedenken en initiatief nemen in het optimaliseren van processen
- Communicatie naar de afdeling (RaboHub, nieuwsbrieven etc)
- Verbinden van collega’s door o.a. sociale activiteiten, engineering guilds en communities
- Het voorbereiden en notuleren van de MT vergaderingen
- Opstellen en monitoren van actie
- en besluitenlijsten
- Voorbereiden van presentaties en uitzetten van administratieve acties
- Agendabeheer en het zelfstandig afhandelen van mail
- Het verzorgen van de voorbereiding van afspraken
- Regelen van (buitenlandse) reizen
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van (HR) administratieve taken zoals instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers

**Jij & jouw afdeling**
- Hiërarchisch rapporteer je aan de Business Manager en zit je in een klein team van collega’s met een ondersteunende rol.
- Functioneel val je onder de Chief Architecture and Engineering Officer, een beoogde nieuwe functie in het Management Team van CITO per 1 juli 2025 (pending OR adviesaanvraag).
- 32 - 40 uur per week.

- HBO denk
- en werkniveau
- Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring als management assistent(e) of in een ondersteunende functie
- Goede schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
- Goede beheersing van Outlook, Word, Teams, One drive; bij voorkeur ook Workday
- Ervaring met opzetten en onderhouden van guilds, gebruikersgroepen en andere vormen van verbinding tussen collega’s
- Affiniteit met IT is een pré
- Het doorzien van de consequenties van je handelen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor je taken
- Je bent betrokken bij de afdeling en weet exact wat er speelt
- Pro-actief, signaleert verbeterkansen
- Leergierig; je reflecteert en verdiept je in wat de organisatie nodig heeft
