ASML’s impact on society is significant in several ways. ASML expects to create 10,000s jobs around the world over the next decade, which will have a significant positive impact on the communities where we operate, but which also comes with challenges. We target to offset the negative impact areas with effective interventions and ensuring that more opportunities are created for those that are most at risk. The main focus of our society and community investments is ASML’s main location in the Brainport Eindhoven region where over half of the activities and employees are based.

There is a significant shortage and growing need for affordable homes, such as social rent and affordable mid-rent homes, in the Brainport region. ASML actively invests in thousands of affordable homes in the Brainport Eindhoven region for the benefit of low and middle-income households (these homes are not for ASML employees). Alongside ASML’s affordable housing program, we invest in sustainable infrastructure and mobility solutions that are needed to keep the region’s traffic flowing without harming the high quality of life. You will lead (parts of) the programs that focus on Affordable Housing and Sustainable Mobility in the Brainport Eindhoven region.

Your job is to take responsibility and ownership for these program (parts) and contribute to deliver on department’s mission that ASML and its communities support each other’s development, and that ASML employees are engaged supporters of the company’s community outreach and investments.

You will join the Society & Community Engagement department and report to the Global Head of Attractive & Inclusive Communities. Your main focus will be managing (elements of) the Affordable Housing and the Sustainable Mobility Programs (Focus Area Attractive Communities).

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Strategy execution: _
- Build collaborations & partnerships with public and private organizations to improve the local and regional residential housing market for low and middle-income families and individuals (including students and elderly), mainly in the Brainport Region.
- Build collaborations & public-private partnerships to boost sustainable public infrastructure in order to alleviate and mitigate the impact of a growing high-tech industrial cluster and increasing pressure on existing infrastructure, mainly in the Brainport Region.
- Be the owner of existing and new partnerships and projects in the field of Affordable housing and Sustainable Mobility.
- Stakeholder collaboration & innovation:_
- Define and implement structural improvements with all stakeholders for current and new programs/partnerships and projects.
- Set-up collaboration with the different parts of ASML (such as Legal, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Risk) to ensure all program elements and projects are aligned with internal processes and procedures;
Measurement & continuous improvement:

- Development and implementation of the Social Cohesion & Impact strategy for your programs for internal
- and external stakeholders, including the communication protocol, recurring communication, and milestone events;
- Create insight in process and progress of the social agenda of your programs;
- Pro-actively contribute to Society & Community Engagement as a whole and deployment within ASML.

**Education and experience**
- Master’s degree;
- Construction / Engineering / Consultancy / Finance background;
- 8+ years of experience in project
- and program management with a proven track record to independently and successfully lead large projects in a complex environment;
- Good understanding and experience a multinational organization;
- Experience in collaborating with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Tax disciplines;
- Experience within the housing and/or infrastructure domain;
- Has independently led (complex) projects successfully amidst the divergent interests of private and public parties.
- Preferably experience with setting up partnerships and maintain and support existing partnerships. Working with Global and Dutch partners (Brainport);
- (Senior) Experience in change management and communication needs of transformation projects;
- Preferably experience with ESG in a complex environment;
- Network within the field of housing and/or infrastructure.
