**As an employee at DHL Supply Chain, you are an integral part of the logistics processes of the world's largest logistics service provider. How do our processes operate? How are we performing? To answer these questions, we need accurate information daily, and that's where you come in In your role as **_Performance Reports Officer_** for one of our locations in Beringe, for the client Philips, you provide our management team and the client with all relevant information.**

**Your Responsibilities**

You know how to gather and combine data from all channels and systems, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate information. Here’s how you do it:

- Collecting and processing various information streams;
- Acting as a key liaison between finance, operations, and the client;
- Ensuring proper planning and timely delivery of adequate management reports;
- Generating reports related to operational processes based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Identifying client-specific and/or product-specific issues within the organization;
- Participating in various meetings with the client, supporting management with monthly invoicing explanations;
- Making necessary adjustments to our reporting tools to meet the management and client’s needs;
- Analyzing different reports and providing advice and improvements based on their content.

- A full-time position, with 32 hours per week negotiable;
- The possibility to work from home one day per week;
- Flexible working hours to be arranged in consultation (between 07:30 and 17:30);
- Salary in scale 8 between € 2.900;
- and € 4.000;
- depending on relevant knowledge and experience, with potential growth up to € 4.286,29;
- 8% holiday pay;
- 25 vacation days;

- Have knowledge of database systems (advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power-Query and Power-Bi is a must);

- Have strong analytical and numerical skills and work accurately.
