**What you will help us with**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers, primarily in Polish.
**A selection of your daily activities**
**Offering written support to customers.
**Guiding customers on the use of gift cards and gaming products.
**Assisting customers in navigating the digital world.
**Demonstrating patience and empathy, especially when customers are not tech-savvy.
**Effectively communicating complex digital issues in simple terms.
**Detecting fraud and identifying tampered documents to protect our customers.
**What you bring to the table**
** **A service-oriented mindset
**Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
**Proficiency in written and spoken Polish
**Solid written and spoken English
**Flexibility to work varied hours, including one evening a week and one Saturday shift per month, with availability on Mondays
