**Customer Service Representative**

In deze rol sta je direct in contact met onze klanten en draag je bij aan een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid. Je gebruikt je nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit om vrachtzendingen te monitoren en processen actueel te houden, waardoor je een belangrijke schakel bent in het soepel laten verlopen van onze dienstverlening.

**Wat je gaat doen**
- en/of warehouseoperaties te beantwoorden. Jouw focus ligt op het leveren van een hoogwaardige service door het beheren en monitoren van serviceverzoeken van begin tot eind, het behandelen van primaire escalaties en het definiëren van eerste oplossingsniveaus, het escaleren van onopgeloste problemen en het vinden van structurele oplossingen voor terugkerende escalaties.

Je begint je dag met het monitoren van bestaande orders en zorgt ervoor dat de service wordt verleend. Wil een klant de status van hun bestelling weten? Dan voorzie jij hen van de benodigde informatie. Met jouw scherpe oog kun je terugkerende problemen signaleren, waarna je zorgt dat ze structureel worden opgelost. Zo speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van onze processen.

**Dit neem je mee**
- Minimaal een MBO 4-diploma. Een hbo-diploma in een richting gerelateerd aan logistiek of klantenservice heeft de voorkeur.
- Werkervaring in logistiek en klantenservice.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden. Daarnaast ben je goed georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en detailgericht.
- Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit: je kunt werken onder druk en hebt basisvaardigheden in projectmanagement.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Een echte teamspelermentaliteit.
