Wij zoeken een Lead BI voor het leveren en verbeteren van ICT-services, het aansturen van een team specialisten en het optimaliseren van onze ICT-dienstverlening binnen onze organisatie.

**Hoe ziet je dag eruit?**:
Je start je dag met een teamoverleg waarin jullie de voortgang van lopende projecten bespreken en nieuwe prioriteiten vaststellen. Vervolgens werk je aan het uitwerken van het door jou opgestelde jaarplan voor je team, waarbij je de doelstellingen afstemt op de bredere HFG-doelstellingen en wettelijke kaders. Je houdt je bezig met het actualiseren en implementeren van de ICT-governance structuur, zodat onze Business Intelligence dienstverlening effectief en efficiënt verloopt. In de middag houd je je bezig met datamanagement, het opstellen van een data-roadmap en het waarborgen van consistente data en rapporten. Tussendoor heb je meetings met stakeholders om hun verwachtingen en behoeften te inventariseren. Je werkt zowel voor Leen Bakker als voor Kwantum en dit vanuit Tilburg.

Dit is een voorbeeld van hoe je dag er kan uitzien, **verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:

- **Jaar
- en Teamplan**: Opstellen en vertalen van jaarplannen naar teamdoelstellingen. Dit in lijn met de bovenliggende bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- ** Processen en governance**: Actueel houden en implementeren van de ICT-governance structuur, met het oog op een effectieve, efficiënte en optimale BI-dienstverlening binnen onze organisatie
- ** Data Management**: Opstellen van een data-roadmap en zorgdragen voor consistente en bruikbare data en rapporten. Daarnaast monitor je data gerelateerde wet
- en regelgeving en draag je bij aan op data gebaseerde besluitvorming
- ** Optimalisatie**: Identificeren, vertalen en implementeren van verbeteringen, kansen en innovaties met betrekking tot je ICT-aandachtsgebied
- ** Aansturing van de uitvoering**: Plannen en realiseren van verbeteringsprojecten, het opstellen van een plan van aanpak om op een efficiënte wijze en conform de klantwens het product op te leveren
- ** Analyses**: Uitvoeren van gevraagde en ongevraagde data-analyses. Signaleren en beoordelen van trends en ontwikkelingen in dataopslag. Dit alles vertalen naar praktische beleidsadviezen
- ** Rapportages**: Uitdenken en borgen van logische en consistente dashboards en rapportages Leveren van inzichten aan relevante stakeholders. Opmaken van periodieke ad-hoc rapportages en analyses. Je zorgt dat door de juiste analyse en rapportages de juiste gegevens beschikbaar zijn om een besluitvorming te ondersteunen.
- ** Stakeholdermanagement**: Opbouwen en onderhouden van relevante contacten met interne en externe stakeholders.
- ** Leiderschap**: Coachen, opleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden. Evalueren van de voortgang, stimuleren van de onderlinge samenwerking met als doel een effectief ingericht afdeling waar in een goede sfeer de doelstellingen behaald worden.

Academisch werk
- en denkniveau 3 - 5 jaar werkervaring of HBO werk
- en denkniveau met 5 - 8 jaar werkervaring.
