Stibbe zoekt per direct een medewerker voor de afdeling Facilities.Stibbe is een vooraanstaand internationaal advocaten
- en notarissenkantoor met vestigingen in Amsterdam, Brussel, Luxemburg en Londen. De meeste van onze cliënten zijn beursgenoteerde en grote niet-beursgenoteerde ondernemingen, private equity huizen en financiële instellingen.

**Een greep uit jouw takenpakket**:
Als medewerker van de afdeling Facilities ben je het meldpunt binnen kantoor en help je mee om alle facilitaire zaken goed te regelen. Je bent het gezicht van de shared service balie. Je staat collega’s te woord over diverse facilitaire zaken en je zet meldingen uit bij verschillende afdelingen of leveranciers. Je ondersteunt de afdeling tevens door middel van administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het beheren van het parkeersysteem, het maken en uitgeven van medewerkerspassen en je beheert de mailbox. Tevens beantwoord je de inkomende gesprekken bij de telefooncentrale. Naast deze werkzaamheden vervang je de receptionistes tijdens de lunchpauze.

**Het team**
De afdeling Facilities is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van het kantoorpand, de catering, schoonmaak en beveiliging. Je rapporteert aan de Director Facilities.

**Wie zoeken wij?**

Wij zoeken een communicatieve duizendpoot met, bij voorkeur, een afgeronde VMBO/Mbo-opleiding. Je bent 3 dagen (woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag) per week beschikbaar. Je bent representatief, dienstverlenend en je hebt een enthousiaste en collegiale instelling. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, in woord en geschrift en de Engelse taal goed, in woord en geschrift. Je bent flexibel voor wat betreft het overnemen van diensten van collega's van de afdeling.

**Verder**:

- Ben je in staat om na een melding de juiste follow-up in te zetten;
- Het je een positieve en toegankelijke houding;
- Ben je communicatief sterk;
- Ben je behendig in het werken met computerprogramma’s;
- Ben je accuraat, heb je een proactieve werkhouding en een can-do mentaliteit;
- Kun je snel schakelen en ben je stressbestendig;
- Sta je met beide benen op de grond en heb je gevoel voor humor.
