**Job Title**: Supply Chain Manager

You lead our supply chain operations and drive improvements, planning processes, and strategic initiatives.

**Your role**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize the supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings
- Lead the planning and execution of supply chain improvement projects, including identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and developing action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations
- Design and implement robust planning processes for demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment with business needs and customer requirements
- Drive the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to mitigate risks, enhance resilience, and improve responsiveness to market changes and disruptions
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track supply chain performance and monitor progress towards strategic objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of supply chain technology solutions and tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across the supply chain network
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team, encouraging the adoption of best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal partners, to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals

**You're the right fit if**:

- 10 years in various functions of the Supply Chain including but not limited to operations, program and change management in a global company and geographically diverse
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement, planning processes, and strategic initiatives
- A proven track record of successfully leading and driving supply chain transformation initiatives within complex organizations, that enabled business growth and improved customer experience
- Knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems and other supply chain management software systems and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Expertise in change management and a demonstrated ability to lead and influence organizational change
- Able to handle problems or conflicts with others openly and directly
- Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data-driven decisions
- Effective to lead and coach organization to create models to analyze “what-if” scenarios for proactive planning purposes
- Deep experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals, priorities, and commitments
