**Who **We’re** Looking For**

We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Groups & Meeting Planner** to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51. As a key point of contact between our guests and hotels, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of group bookings across our Moxy, AC by Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn brands.

**What **You’ll** Do**

You will be responsible for the operational management of group bookings, from initial contact to post-stay. This involves:

- ** Group Management**: Handling all aspects of group bookings, including contracts, rooming lists, and guest communications.
- ** Revenue **Optimisation**: Maximising room revenue through effective inventory management and client relationship building.
- ** Operational Coordination**: Collaborating with hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- ** Administrative Tasks**: Managing group-related paperwork, invoicing, and commission requests.

**Your Role **in a Nutshell**

As a Groups & Meeting Planner, your key responsibilities include:

- ** Operational Excellence**: Efficiently managing group bookings and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- ** Relationship Building**: Developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- ** Data Management**: Maintaining accurate records and producing detailed reports.
- ** Problem Solving**: Addressing challenges proactively and finding solutions.

**Skills & Experience**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Opera Express and Opera Sales & Catering.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel environment, preferably in group or reservations.
