**Who Are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Full proficiency in English (read, written, and spoken) is required. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles.

**What are you going to do?**

1.** **Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze competitive landscape and recommend strategies to enhance market positioning.

2. **User Acquisition and Retention**:

- Design and execute effective user acquisition campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and optimize user retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement.

3. **Revenue Growth and Optimization**:

- Identify and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze revenue streams and recommend optimization initiatives.

4. **Product Development and Innovation**:

- Collaborate with product teams to identify and develop new products and features.
- Conduct market validation and testing to ensure product-market fit.
- Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

5. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on growth metrics and insights.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize growth initiatives.
