This role is part of the Informa Markets Pharma team. We’re responsible for the globally renowned CPHI brand, connecting the global pharma supply chain through our event and digital offering.

We’re looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing engagement and growing value with the existing accounts across the portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate with our clients. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive client communication strategy to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging tailored to the needs and preferences of different client segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with business objectives.
- Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns to educate clients about our products, services, and offerings.
- Create personalized collateral and communication plans for key accounts to deepen relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
- Monitor client feedback and sentiment to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of communication initiatives and optimize performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client communications to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all client touchpoints.
- Manage client communication platforms and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on effective client communication techniques and strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the client communications team.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities per target segment
- Sign-off campaigns (branding, communication style, tone of voice)
