About Job:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Heerlen.
The Customer service representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with placement of orders, credit notes, returns, etc.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Check and follow up of customer inventories.
- Handle product recalls, product experience report.
- Work with the CS supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Assist in any new project implemented in the CS.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, manage time effectively. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, SAP, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
