Customer Experience Manager

**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Je zet je elke dag in om de wens van de klant en de medewerker te overtreffen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de NPS-score van de winkel;
- Je analyseert de NPS-score en definieert actieplannen;
- Leiden, motiveren en coachen van het team zodat zij de beste customer journey kunnen bieden aan onze klanten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de servicegerichte afdelingen van de vestiging;
- Je bepaalt de service strategie, zodanig dat deze aansluit bij de behoeftes van de klant en de strategie van jouw vestiging.

- Je bent een talent op gebied van de klanttevredenheid en hospitality en deze passie deel je graag met onze medewerkers;
- Je helpt samen met jouw collega’s de nodige (commerciële) organisatiedoelstellingen te behalen;
- Je bent besluitvaardig, prestatiegericht en gedreven;
- Jouw focus ligt op het behalen van optimale en maximale klanttevredenheid;
- Je bent 38 uur per week beschikbaar, waarvan minstens een avond en een dag in het weekend.
