Dit is een functie als technisch adviseur binnen de organisatie die gespecialiseerde beoordelingen uitvoert en advies geeft over PSM-aangelegenheden.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- HAZOP-LOPA, What-if studies, BowTies en HAZID’s
- Het opstellen van procedures en werkwijzen hoe om te gaan met process safety en risico denken binnen onder andere BRZO-bedrijven
- Het nauw samenwerken met je BRZO-collega’s op het gebied van installatiescenario’s, QRA/MRA, bedrijfsbrandweerscenario’s en het Veiligheidsrapport (VR).
- Identificeren en helpen bij het implementeren van risicoverminderende initiatieven om zware ongevallen, explosies, branden en lekkages in productielocaties te voorkomen.
- Identificeren van trainingsbehoeften op het gebied van procesveiligheid en verzorgen van PSM-training
- Contact onderhouden met de verzekeringsmaatschappij om de periodieke verliespreventieonderzoeken uit te voeren en SBU-leiders te helpen bij het prioriteren van aanbevelingen
- Verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, ontwerpen en implementeren van lokale programma's met betrekking tot een aandachtsgebied binnen EHS voor PPG.
- Deskundig advies geven en PSM-gerelateerde beoordelingen uitvoeren.
- Individuele medewerker; treedt op als technisch expert en geeft functionele leiding en training.

**Complexiteit**
- In staat om hoge complexiteit en bijbehorende risico's te beheren en de organisatie te begeleiden.
- Ondersteunen van de bedrijfs
- en landenstrategie door deel te nemen aan de ontwikkeling van de EHS-strategie en toe te zien op de succesvolle implementatie ervan. Een belangrijke uitdaging is het implementeren van strategieën en tactieken om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant/het bedrijf en de wettelijke vereisten.

**Innovatie**
- Leiding en sturing geven aan het ontwerp en de administratie van een programma binnen een specialisatie van EHS. Communiceer de voortdurende interpretatie en verspreiding van dergelijke informatie intern en extern.
- Ontwikkelen van oplossingen voor complexe problemen waarbij vindingrijkheid en innovatie nodig zijn

**Communicatie**
- Vertegenwoordigen van PPG bij PSM-gerelateerde overheidsinspecties in samenwerking met de EHS Manager van de locatie.
- Het werk wordt uitgevoerd met mínimale instructies. Grote vrijheid bij het bepalen van doelstellingen en aanpak van opdrachten.

**Vereisten**:

- Bachelor of gevorderd diploma in EHS, chemie, techniek of verwante wetenschappen met relevante ervaring in een EHS discipline.
- Relevante certificeringen
- Functioneel expert kennisniveau in een specialisatie van EHS.
- Continue professionele groei en ontwikkeling door deelname aan beroepsverenigingen en het onderhouden/behalen van professionele certificeringen
- Taalvereisten Nederlands (mínimaal B2) en Engels (mínimaal B2)
