**Redwerk** is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and inspired **Netherlands**-located **IT Business Development Manager**.

**Redwerk** is a full-cycle software product development agency with 19 years of experience in the US and European markets. We are a company with extensive expertise in web, mobile, and SaaS development, skilled in both web2 and web3 technologies. We provide services in verticals such as Media & Entertainment, E-Government, E-learning, Construction Materials, and GameDev, collaborating with both startups and well-known companies.
- You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities in Dutch market_, through networking and converting them into long-term partnerships.

**You will be in charge of**:

- Constantly analyzing the Dutch market to identify companies needing digital transformation or IT team enhancement.
- Ongoing expansion of the company's client base.
- Qualifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their long-term needs.
- Collaboration with the marketing department for data sharing and joint campaigns.
- Engaging with the delivery department to develop estimates and technical solutions.
- Tracking sales funnel in CRM system (HubSpot).
- Representing Redwerk at events / tradeshows.

**The experience you need to nail the tasks successfully**:

- English proficiency (C1), written and spoken.
- **Fluent in Dutch, with strong communication skills.**:

- 2+ years' experience in selling solutions and services.
- Ability to analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.
- Proven expertise in creating sales funnels for new markets and strategic insights for optimizing them.
- Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process.
- In-depth understanding of service billing processes.
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excitement and enthusiasm for everything tech-related.
