**Customer Support Officer**

Ben jij op zoek naar een betekenisvolle functie waar je direct bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van duurzame en leefbare steden? Bij WeCity zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Support Officer 32-40 uur.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**

Je bent ons eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners en weet de (digitale) processen rondom het gehele klantcontact te optimaliseren.
- Opdrachten vastlegt in ons projectbeheersysteem
- Schriftelijk en telefonisch contact met onze klanten
- Vragen van klanten en gebruikers beantwoordt via ons supportsysteem
- Verbeteren van ons (geautomatiseerd) klantproces door het Inrichten en configureren van workflows in ons CRM systeem die het beantwoorden van klantvragen vereenvoudigen
- Inkopen afstemt met onderaannemers en leveranciers
- Het management ondersteunt in operationele zaken

**Kwalificaties**
- Je bent een spin in het web en mede dankzij jou weten we de projecten goed uit te voeren.
- Je hebt mínimaal hbo werk en denkniveau.
- Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Ervaring met inrichten van CRM processen, waarbij kennis van Hutspot een grote pré is.
- Uiteraard werk je projectmatig en secuur.
- Je hebt een breed interessegebied en wordt blij van de afwisseling in het werk. We zijn een scale-up waarbij nog niet alles in strak omlijnde kaders is vastgelegd. Dit geeft en vraagt een flexibele houding van jou, waarbij er veel ruimte is voor eigen inbreng. We zijn op zoek naar een aanpakker met een positieve mentaliteit en probleemoplossend vermogen.

Ons kantoor in Zeist is goed bereikbaar met zowel de auto als het openbaar vervoer. We bieden je een salaris tussen €3.000 - €3.300. Daarnaast bieden we je een goede pensioenregeling die gekoppeld is aan jou als persoon en die je ook weer met je mee neemt als je carrière je elders brengt. Verder bieden we je 37 vakantiedagen (24 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV bij fulltime dienstverband) en krijg je natuurlijk een laptop van de zaak.

**WeCity**

WeCity helpt stedelijke gebieden leefbaarder, duurzamer en inclusiever te maken. Dit doen we door samen met partners slimme en data gedreven oplossingen in de openbare ruimte aan te bieden.

Zo hebben we onlangs de eerste digitale marktplaats van Nederland gelanceerd waarbij overheden en bedrijven data en oplossingen uitwisselen rondom stedelijke ontwikkeling.

Daarnaast voeren de regie voor de digitale infrastructuur en nemen de slimme oplossingen in beheer als deze eenmaal gerealiseerd zijn. Hiervoor werken we nauw samen met verschillende (internationale) partners en klanten. We werken dagelijks aan nieuwe innovaties en samen geven we vorm aan de stad van morgen.

WeCity heeft ruime ervaring op het gebied van slimme steden maar is een bedrijf met korte lijnen en een hands on aanpak. Met twee grote aandeelhouders achter ons bieden we je zekerheid, maar geven je ook vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid om echt bij te dragen aan de doelstellingen en resultaten van ons bedrijf.
