**What you will be doing**:
**Intro**:
Heb je een sterke affiniteit met zorg en gezondheid? Binnen Alliance Healthcare zoeken wij een Klantenservice Medewerker. Als jouw achtergrond in de zorg ligt en je deze kennis op een andere manier wilt benutten, dan is dit een boeiende functie voor jou De werktijden zijn overdag, en het brutosalaris varieert tussen de € 2400;
- en € 2900;
- per maand op basis van een fulltime werkweek.

**Omschrijving**:
Bovendien werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie, waaronder logistiek, transport en sales. Samen streven jullie naar optimale resultaten door effectieve samenwerking. Je bent werkzaam in dagdienst en start tussen 08:30 en 09:30 en bent werkzaam tot 17:00-18:00 uur. Het is mogelijk om 32 uur of 40 uur per week te werken.

**Wat wij bieden**:

- Jouw bruto startsalaris als Klantenservice Medewerker ligt tussen de € 2400;
- en € 2900;
- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur;
- Reiskostenvergoeding á € 0,21 per km;
- 25 vakantiedagen op basis van fulltime en 8% vakantiegeld van jouw bruto jaarsalaris;
- Een goede pensioenregeling;
- Een 13e maand;
- Voldoende mogelijkheden om door te groeien en je verder te ontwikkelen;

**Wat wij vragen**:

- MBO werk
- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur heb jij een afgeronde opleiding tot doktersassistent of apothekersassistent;
- Je beschikt over ervaring als Klantenservice Medewerker, Customer Service Medewerker of een andere soortgelijke functie;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord
- en geschrift. Bij voorkeur ook de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Op onze afdeling ben je een echte teamplayer maar kan je ook zelfstandig werken. Daarnaast wordt een proactieve houding zeer gewaardeerd;
- We waarderen ervaring binnen de farmaceutische branche en/of kennis van medicijnen, aangezien dit een grote meerwaarde is voor de functie.
