**This is what you will do**:
As the Field Force Manager, you'll lead the activation and in-life experience of Fiber connections, crucial steps in our customer journey. Your role entails overseeing and optimizing field services operations contracts for fiber network installations and maintenance. You'll ensure compliance, drive operational efficiency, and foster positive relationships with service operators and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Management**: Oversee contract lifecycle, aligning agreements with business goals and legal requirements.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor budgets, implement cost-effective measures, and ensure financial targets are met.
- **Partner Relationship Management**: Lead field technicians, aligning operations with organizational goals.
- **Operational Excellence**: Optimize processes for efficient fiber network installations and maintenance.
- **Performance Metrics and Reporting**: Define and monitor key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and address customer concerns.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and address customer feedback.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards in installations and maintenance.

**You bring this**:

- ** Educational Level/Working and Thinking Level**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- ** Necessary Number of Years of Relevant Working Experience**: Minimum of 5 years.
- ** Necessary Functional Know-how, Programs/Subjects, or Sector Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of Fiber technology and activation processes.
- Experience in partner management.
- Knowledge of contact center techniques such as COPC.
- Proficiency in contract management and project management skills.
- **Management Experience**: Previous experience in managing outsource partners is preferred.
