In this role, you will prepare the finest meat, fish and vegetarian dishes right in front of the guests. With shared tables and a close connection between chef and diner, every evening becomes an unforgettable dining experience. Daily tasks: As a teppanyaki chef, you will combine top-quality ingredients with traditional Japanese techniques. Your main responsibilities include: - Preparing fish, meat and vegetarian dishes directly on the grill; - Ensuring every dish looks and tastes perfect; - Checking ingredients for quality and freshness; - Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organized; - Following procedures and recipes accurately; - Advising on improvements to menus and workflows. Once you start, you will receive a fully paid two-month training in Japan, an incredible opportunity to deepen your knowledge of authentic Japanese techniques and culture.
