About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at OnLogic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute a successful business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage complex customer relationships and resolve challenges that impact current or future business.
  • Gain executive buy-in and negotiate complex contracts with key customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OnLogic's internal teams, including engineering, assembly, and fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (C2/C1 level). A second European language is an advantage.
