We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team at Picnic in Amsterdam. As a key member of our growth and performance teams, you will be responsible for crafting impactful campaigns across all digital channels and driving business growth.
About the JobIn this role, you will analyze data to measure performance marketing campaigns, identify opportunities, and support our growth/marketing teams. You will also develop, implement, and test digital marketing strategies across channels to grow our customer base.
Your Key Responsibilities- Analyze data to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and data teams on projects focusing on user growth, mobile usage, and revenue.
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports.
As a Growth Marketing Analyst at Picnic, you can expect:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or growth analytics in a fast-paced environment.
- MSc in Digital Marketing, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with SQL (Python/R is a plus).
- Ability to process and analyze complex data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions.
