About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Risk Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of credit risk across our business lines and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strong stakeholder management and provide a second-line opinion on strategic matters related to credit risk.
  • Validate credit risk portfolio analysis and contribute to the development of risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Advise risk committees on strategic changes, portfolio, and product reviews.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, risk management).
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business, credit risk, finance, or internal audit.
  • Knowledge of supra-credit risk subjects (e.g., ICAAP, RAS, Management Control Cycle).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
