We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Non-Financial Risk Specialist die een belangrijke bijdrage wil leveren aan het duurzaam in control zijn van AAHG. Als Non-Financial Risk Specialist maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Control en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de identificatie en mitigatie van operationele, financiële, compliance en reputatie risico's.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Identificeer en analyseer mogelijke risico's en onderneem actie om de impact ervan binnen het werkgebied te monitoren
  • Breng je persoonlijke mening duidelijk naar voren en onderbouw deze met argumenten
  • Samenwerk met collega's vanuit andere vakgebieden en 2LoD / 3LoD
  • Adviseer en rapporteer naar management en risico committees
  • Stel inzicht, overzicht en prioriteiten
Je profiel
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in het werkgebied van eerste lijns risicomanagement
  • Ervaring in risico management, -methoden/technieken, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector
  • Academisch niveau HBO of hoger
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en affiniteit met adviseren en rapporteren
