About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Risk Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will play a pivotal role in executing strong stakeholder management, providing second-line opinions on strategic matters related to credit risk, and validating credit risk portfolio analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strong stakeholder management and provide second-line opinions on strategic matters related to credit risk
  • Validate credit risk portfolio analysis and play a pivotal role in various ICS strategic projects
  • Advise risk committees on strategic changes, portfolio-, and product reviews
  • Help the ICS Risk Team in its role to keep oversight and control over the entire credit risk balance sheet of ICS

Requirements
  • Graduated from University with a MSc and at least 5-7 years of working experience
  • Working experience in either Business, (Credit) Risk, Finance and/or 3rd LoD (Internal Audit)
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in supra-Credit Risk subjects such as ICAAP, RAS, Management Control Cycle, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, both in Dutch and English
  • Expertise in the field of Financial Services and strong project management skills are advantageous
