We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Defence and Security sales team. As a key representative of Robin Radar Systems, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in the Counter Drone market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to drive business growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Defence and Security clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- 20 years of international sales experience, with at least 5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven success with Governmental/Military clients and experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for (radar) technology and ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
- Fluency in English, with Dutch or other languages a plus.
