About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead a team of mechatronic design engineers in the development of our Reticle Masking modules. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with other teams in the ART, including functional, mechanical, and electronic experts, as well as our main supplier for the ReMa module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and run various Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand Up, System Demo, Retrospectives, and Lessons Learned, to ensure team progress and identify impediments.
  • Manage disturbances and delays in the team, creating an environment where team members proactively report delays and work together to solve issues.
  • Understand and apply ASML processes and WoW, including PGP, TPD, Configuration Management, and other relevant processes.
  • Keep close contacts with stakeholders across the ART and understand their needs.
  • Coach team members to build a high-performing team and remove impediments to improve efficiency.
  • Get involved in technical details and decision-making within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with other Scrum Masters to drive the Agile Release Train forward.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level, with thorough experience in engineering and solid experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with iterative development fundamentals and the ability to teach this to others.
  • Well-experienced in team-building and facilitation, with a strong ability to remove roadblocks.
  • Ability to guide the team in structuring and setting priorities on a daily basis.
  • Meatronic module/system integration experience is a plus.

Context of the Position

You will report to the group manager of the group "Light Shaping Mechatronics" in the BL DUV D&E OC Light Shaping department.
