Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled E-Bike Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our e-bikes are in top condition for our customers. This includes regular inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs, spare parts organization, and complete fleet support.
You'll work closely with our team to maintain and repair our e-bikes, ensuring they're always ready for our customers. You'll also be responsible for gathering feedback from our customers to ensure they're completely satisfied with our service.
We're looking for someone with a good technical understanding and relevant personal experience. Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering is beneficial. You'll also need to be fluent in English and have a Class B driver's license.
