Our MissionWe're looking for a skilled Bike Mechanic to join our team and help us revolutionize last-mile delivery. As a Bike Mechanic, you'll be responsible for ensuring our e-bikes are in top condition for our customers. This includes regular inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs, spare parts organization, and complete fleet support.
Your Responsibilities- Perform regular safety checks and maintenance on our e-bikes
- Diagnose and repair faults, sharing findings and solutions with the team
- Order and manage spare parts in our storage
- Take responsibility for your fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance
- Provide on-site service to our partner companies
- Focus on customer satisfaction, gathering feedback and encouraging dialogue
- Technical understanding and relevant personal experience
- Passion for working with e-bikes and bicycles
- Fluency in English
- Full-time position with varied working hours
- Class B driver's license mandatory
- Willingness to travel daily for work
- Varied work in the dynamic mobility sector
