Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for implementing our people strategy across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with local leadership and the wider HR teams to understand and deliver our organization's goals and people strategy.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business with integrity and discretion.
- Implement policies, procedures, training, initiatives, and surveys to support our HR compliance and strategy needs.
- Work closely with people leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Actively champion Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging.
- Partner with the HR Shared Service to resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Takes ownership for human resource strategy such as compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, reward and recognition, training, and development.
- Leads by example and with integrity while upholding our company values.
- Builds relationships within country HR teams and leaders.
- Collaborates with HR shared service, finance, and other support functions.
- Maintains knowledge of best practice, regulatory changes, and legislative precedence to support decision making.
- Implements employee engagement plans and initiatives.
- Advocate and champion, the organizational values and culture.
- Develop leadership and people management skills of business leadership.
- Coaching, sparring, and discussing people, business, and organisational challenges with senior leadership.
- EU citizen or valid work permit.
- Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent HR Management qualification.
- 5 years progressive human resources experience.
- Fluent Dutch and English skills both orally and written.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digitally literate and data driven.
- People focussed and client centric.
- Integrity; Vigilance, Helpfulness
- Gives clear guidance to the team, assumes leadership, values people, and resources to successfully achieve objectives.
- Ability to build relationships adapting approach/style to business leaders.
- Ability to effectively partner with and support the business to identify, assess, select, reward, and develop talent to meet current and future demands.
- Reporting to: Country General Manager for the Netherlands
- Location: Netherlands
- Travel: Required across the territory
- Language: Fluent Dutch and English: Verbal & Written
