About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at TMC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including Design Engineers, technical specialists, and production staff;
- Deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Keep the Management Team informed about the financial status of projects and any associated risks;
- Develop and optimize products and processes for continuous improvement;
- Manage client relationships, including negotiating and securing new contracts.

Requirements

- A completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronics);
- At least 10 years relevant experience;
- A broad interest in various technical industries;
- A project management certification (such as IPMA or PMI) is a plus;
- Experience in the planning and organization of product development;
- Strong understanding of cost control, planning, and risk management;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Persuasive, decisive, and result-oriented with a strategic mindset;
