About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our digital insight products and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence the technical roadmaps for digital insight products, aligning with overall Data & Product technology and architecture roadmaps.
  • Be responsible for the architecture of the product, ensuring that technical and non-technical components work together to deliver customer needs.
  • Lead and contribute to the hands-on development and operations of the product, with a 60/40 split.
  • Steer the technical excellence of the application and consistency with relevant digital frameworks, best practices, and standards.
  • Coach, influence, and enable other product team members to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Ensure reusability of product components and contribute to relevant tech communities across IKEA.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in leading teams (directly or indirectly) and a breadth of knowledge across digital technology, digital infrastructure, IT services, and digital steering frameworks.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience working in complex teams.
  • Leadership as an action, not a position. We're looking for a hands-on, creative team player who can lead by example while finding simple solutions to complex Insights problems.
  • Applying what you know, bringing your Python and ETL systems (like Snaplogic, Airflow, Azure Databricks) experience in a Microservices & DevOps-focused environment.
  • Creating business Insights products by combining Data and Web technologies (React or Angular) with the help of architecture frameworks and tools like Github, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS.
  • Ideal experience working with cloud-based and advanced analytics technologies (like MS Azure, Terraform, or others) and comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Experience around data processing, integration, modeling, and visualization will be highly regarded.
