About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for leading the technical roadmap for our digital insight products, ensuring they align with our overall Data & Product technology and architecture roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence the technical direction of our digital insight products.
  • Develop and maintain the architecture of our products, ensuring technical and non-technical components work seamlessly together.
  • Contribute to the development and operations of our products, with a focus on technical excellence and consistency with relevant digital frameworks and best practices.
  • Coach and enable other team members to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure reusability of product components and contribute to relevant tech communities across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading teams and demonstrating a breadth of knowledge across digital technology, digital infrastructure, IT services, and digital steering frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to work effectively in complex teams.
  • Hands-on, creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with Python, ETL systems, Microservices, and DevOps, as well as cloud-based and advanced analytics technologies.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and contribute to the development of business insights products.
