Regulatory Advisory Expert Credit Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Advisory Expert to join our Credit Transformation Office at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our lending processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and efficient in their operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement solutions to address regulatory findings and audit observations. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand the root cause of these findings and develop targeted solutions to address them. Your expertise in regulatory compliance and credit risk management will be essential in ensuring that our lending processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement solutions to address regulatory findings and audit observations
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the root cause of findings and develop targeted solutions
- Ensure that lending processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive process improvements
- Provide regulatory expertise and guidance to stakeholders on credit risk management and compliance
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and credit risk management
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
