Visionary Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Data and Product Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping ideas into concrete process, people, data, and technology solution architectures and transition roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Shaping ideas into concrete process, people, data, and technology solution architectures and transition roadmaps
- Describing the current and future state of intended business change and the transition to reach the future state, ensuring aligned and consistent business process and IT development across the IKEA value chain
- Securing that the transition roadmap reflects the level of uncertainty of the future state, balancing the transformations of foundational building blocks with continued business value delivery
- Communicating and baselining the solution architectures and transition roadmaps with relevant business and IT stakeholders within and across organizations
- Collaborating closely with Enterprise architects and product stakeholders to improve architecture with learnings from the implementation
- Bringing Azure initiatives together to define a common roadmap, aligned priorities, and governance, together with teams across Inter IKEA
This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to lead cross-functionally, and a strong understanding of data and analytics frameworks. If you have a proven track record in digital and data products, data as a product, data management, and possess hands-on experience as a product owner, solution architect, or developer, we encourage you to apply.
About YouYou will be an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect with a focus on Data and Product domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and analytics frameworks, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead cross-functionally. You will be responsible for shaping ideas into concrete solution architectures and transition roadmaps, and for communicating and baselining these with relevant stakeholders. Experience in data architecture or solution architecture, Azure, Microsoft technologies, and technology knowledge of data platforms, data integration/sharing, and data management and governance tools are essential. This role is full-time and based in Delft, Netherlands or Malmo, Sweden. You will sit in the Operations Management, Data and Product, and report to the Architecture Manager within Data & Product. Qualifications- Min. 2 years relevant job experience
- Bachelor's/University level in computer science, information technology, engineering, or another STEM disciple
- Experience in agile practices and ways of working
- Analytical skills and eye for detail
- Planning and organisational skills
- Effective communicator, able to present content and gain buy-in
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal communication)
