Life Sciences Business Growth Specialist

Location: Amsterdam (remote work is possible)
Contract type: Full time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Life Sciences Business Growth Specialist to enhance the existing Seuss+ operations.

At Seuss+, we navigate the intricate landscape of the life sciences sector. Our approach is tailored, not generic. As a Business Developer, your mission will be to engage with clients authentically and transparently, fostering partnerships that strategically address their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively and bring experience as a Life Sciences Business Developer to:

  • Develop and execute a personalized sales strategy aimed at generating new business for Seuss+.
  • Engage with Life Science clients who interact with Seuss through our digital platforms.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients at industry conferences, events, and through our CRM, Hubspot.
  • Assess client requirements through continuous communication, collaborating with the consulting team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare RFPs, review proposals, and articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Maintain client engagement by following up on proposals and managing relationships.
  • Conduct commercial contract reviews and negotiations with clients.
  • Track and manage communication and deals using Hubspot.
  • Plan, develop, and implement sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to share industry insights, ensure consistent messaging, and keep our Capability Decks current.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Established international network (EU and US) and expertise in Life Sciences, including CRO, Biotech, and/or Pharma.
  • Proven B2B experience in a similar capacity within a CRO, consulting firm, or other Life Sciences service provider.
