ASML is a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, with over 20,000 employees developing and manufacturing key components for our lithography systems. We are seeking a Strategic Asset Management Officer to join our team in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Define asset management strategies and provide service solutions and contracts for our factories, warehouses, and offices in the Netherlands.
- Translate the CRE strategy, mid, and long-term plans into service specifications, manageable output criteria, and annual maintenance plans.
- Select and contract providers based on CRE's sourcing model and strategy, and manage their performance.
- Act as a liaison and process accelerator between CRE AM competence managers, the operations team, the hard services supply chain, and the CRE Strategic Asset Management team.
- Master or bachelor degree in engineering, asset management, or business administration.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial or operational management function.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, dealing with senior and mid-level management, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
- A job with a promising future in ASML Netherlands.
