Project Finance Specialist

The Project & Infrastructure Finance team at ABN AMRO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join their ranks. As a key member of the deal team, you will be responsible for arranging and structuring complex Project & Infrastructure Finance lending across our three target sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and negotiate complex Project & Infrastructure Finance lending transactions
- Coordinate with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deal execution
- Assist in research, market analysis, and commercial activities, including pitching to clients and attending lenders' meetings
- Manage the existing portfolio of transactions, including monitoring and management of integrated risks
- Timely handling of waivers/amendments, refinancing requests, and semi-annual credit reviews
