About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project & Infrastructure Finance Associate to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our deal team, you will be responsible for arranging and structuring complex Project & Infrastructure Finance lending across our three target sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and negotiate complex Project & Infrastructure Finance lending transactions
  • Coordinate with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deal execution
  • Assist in research, market analysis, and commercial activities, including pitching to clients and attending lenders' meetings
  • Manage the existing portfolio of transactions, including monitoring and management of integrated risks
  • Support the syndicate team in selective distribution of debt exposures to third parties
