About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Projects Specialist to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for driving financial process improvements and implementing new financial systems to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Design and implement new financial systems to support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, or financial systems implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
