We are now looking for a Technical Support & Deployment Specialist to play a key role in implementing this cutting-edge technology in hospitals throughout the Netherlands.

This role is not just about technical support – you'll be deploying software that is a crucial element of a medical device, one that could increase the number of patients receiving VR-based treatments and bring this breakthrough technology closer to everyday healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support & Deployment Specialist, you will:

  • Install key software applications on cutting-edge VR-headsets and tablets, playing a vital role in the functioning of a medical device that enhances patient care.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, both onsite and remotely, to ensure a seamless user experience for hospital staff and patients.
  • Effectively communicate with nurses and other medical staff, so that your deployment fits into their busy schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of deployments and provide valuable feedback for future software and hardware improvements.
  • Be a key player in our team, communicating with a fun and experienced group of professionals.
Requirements

You're the perfect fit for this role if you:

  • Love to help solve technical problems for others.
  • Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in ICT, Zorgtechnicus, Informatica, ICT & Techniek, Gezondheidszorg Technologie, Medische Informatiekunde, or Verpleegkunde with a focus on technology.
  • Have a basic understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Can communicate effectively with medical staff, particularly nurses, and have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and respectful way.
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Are comfortable traveling to hospital sites.
