Als Product Marketing Lead bij Blinqx, een toonaangevende SaaS speler in Europa, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van marketingstrategieën en -plannen om de groei van het productportfolio te stimuleren. Je geeft leiding aan een team van vijf product marketeers en werkt nauw samen met de CCO en Managing Directors van verschillende segmenten.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Aansturen en coachen van het product marketing team;
- Vertalen van strategische inzichten naar concrete marketingplannen;
- Stimuleren van onderlinge verbinding en best practices binnen het product marketing team;
- Samenwerken met de Inbound Marketing Lead en andere marketing disciplines;
- Uitvoeren en evalueren van marketingstrategieën en -plannen, gericht op leadgeneratie en cross-selling;
- Beheren van de communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders;
- Analytisch meten en bijsturen van marketinginitiatieven op basis van data;
- Implementeren van uniforme werkwijzen en processen binnen het product marketing team.
Requirements
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur binnen een SaaS-omgeving;
- Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van marketingstrategieën en -jaarplannen;
- Bewezen track record in het managen van teams en het samenwerken met interne stakeholders;
- Je bent een People Manager, je hebt oog voor de individuele behoeften en drijfveren van medewerkers;
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring rondom systemen zoals HubSpot, Salesforce of andere gelijkwaardige CRM tools;
- Je beschikt over een 'getting-things-done' mentaliteit en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
