Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales and marketing efforts of our specialty green coffee products to roasters and customers within the European market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in the preparation of product samples and promotional materials for clients
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, international trade)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong preference for proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, German)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
