In the initial years, the curriculum encompasses both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Students engage with topics such as conducting desk research, formulating effective research inquiries, utilizing A.I., interviewing techniques, survey creation, data analysis, and proficiency in statistical software and Excel. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of this knowledge across various hospitality management domains.

Your Responsibilities

As an instructor, you will conduct classes and workshops in both Dutch and English, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis, and A.I. integration. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to advance and digitize the educational bachelor program, particularly in your field of expertise. Additionally, you will participate in project assignments, guiding students in their academic progress and professional development during internships. This collaborative effort will help students grow as both professionals and individuals, contributing to their future success.

Our Offer

The position offers flexible FTE options based on your availability, with a salary scale determined by your qualifications and experience at level 11, reaching a maximum of € 5,936.77 gross per month for full-time appointments.
Additional benefits include holiday allowance (8%), a fixed year-end bonus (8.3%), a generous holiday entitlement, professional development hours, and a comprehensive package to promote a vital and enjoyable work experience.
