As a lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students to make informed managerial decisions grounded in thorough research, data analysis, and effective information retrieval.
From the outset of their studies, we foster a culture of 'research-oriented learning' aimed at honing students' research abilities. The initial years of the program focus on both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Students engage with topics including desk research, formulating research questions, utilizing A.I., conducting interviews, designing surveys, performing data analysis, and employing statistical software alongside Excel. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of this knowledge across various facets of hospitality management.

As a lecturer, you will conduct classes and workshops in both Dutch and English, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research skills, data analysis, and A.I. integration. Responsibilities

As a lecturer, your duties will include:

  • Delivering engaging classes and workshops in both Dutch and English focused on research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance and digitize the educational curriculum.
  • Guiding students through project assignments and their professional development during internships.
  • Fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages student growth.

Our Offer

The position is flexible based on your availability, with a salary scale commensurate with your qualifications and experience, reaching up to € 5,936.77 gross per month for full-time appointments.
Additional benefits include holiday allowance (8%), a fixed year-end bonus (8.3%), a generous holiday allocation, professional development hours, and a comprehensive package to support a healthy and enjoyable work-life balance.
