Account Manager Surgery Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Zuid-Nederland. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our comprehensive Surgery portfolio, ensuring you meet and exceed your annual sales targets and growth objectives within your region.
You will have the opportunity to represent industry-leading products that make a tangible impact on patient care and support surgeons in delivering outstanding results. Your primary focus will be on Zuid-Nederland, but you will occasionally attend sales meetings and events at our commercial headquarters in Erembodegem, Belgium.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within your region.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service and value.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform strategic decisions.
- Product Introduction: Successfully launch new products to the market, providing training and support to customers.
- Representation: Represent BD at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and strengthening our brand presence.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our CRM system.
- Educational Background: You have an HBO degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: Ideally, you have sales experience within the healthcare sector, with a preference for experience in hernia, infection prevention, and/or Biosurgery fields.
- Product Launch Experience: You have experience launching new products or brands in the Dutch market.
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactivity and Self-Motivation: You are a self-starter who can identify and act on opportunities independently, driving them to completion.
- Collaboration: You are a team player with a passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working in a CRM environment.
- Language Skills: You are proficient in Dutch and have a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
