Surgery Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to drive the success of our innovative surgery portfolio in Zuid-Nederland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets and growth objectives within your region.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by leveraging your market knowledge and industry expertise.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service and value.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform strategic decisions.
- Product Introduction: Successfully introduce new products to the market, providing training and support to customers.
- Representation: Represent BD at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and strengthening our brand presence.
About You
- Educational Background: You have an HBO degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: Ideally within the healthcare sector, with a preference for experience in hernia, infection prevention, and/or Biosurgery fields.
- Product Launch Experience: Known to work in introducing new products or brands in the Dutch market.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactivity and Self-Motivation: A self-starter who can identify and act on opportunities independently, driving them to completion.
- Collaboration: A great teammate with a passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working in a CRM environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
